Fahrzeiten und Preise bitte beim Veranstalter prüfen (reederei-loewa.de). Laut Betreiber ist Kartenzahlung an Bord nicht möglich. Außerdem möglich: Schwimmen, Segeln, Paddeln, Stand-up-Paddling, Surfen und Wasserski.
Lake Senftenberg is one of the largest and cleanest lakes in Brandenburg. Routes around the lake start at the town harbour. The MS Santa Barbara (about 75 minutes, departing from Großkoschen, the town harbour and Niemtsch) shows you the landscape from the water. Please check times and prices with the operator (reederei-loewa.de). According to the operator, card payment on board is not possible. Also possible: swimming, sailing, paddling, stand-up paddling, surfing and water skiing.
Senftenberské jezero patří k největším a nejčistším jezerům v Braniborsku. Cesty kolem jezera začínají u městského přístavu. Lodí MS Santa Barbara (asi 75 minut, odjezd z Großkoschen, městského přístavu a Niemtsche) uvidíte krajinu z vody. Jízdní řády a ceny si prosím ověřte u provozovatele (reederei-loewa.de). Podle provozovatele není na palubě možná platba kartou. Dále je možné plavání, plachtění, pádlování, stand-up paddling, surfování a vodní lyžování.

Die Seenland-Route ist rund 189 km lang, führt in vier Etappen am Wasser entlang und startet und endet am Stadthafen Senftenberg. Sie ist überwiegend asphaltiert, nur vereinzelt gibt es Steigungen. Ein beliebtes Ziel ist der Leuchtturm mit Restaurant in Geierswalde. Dazu kommen die ENERGIE-Route, die Niederlausitzer Bergbautour und der Fürst-Pückler-Radweg. Räder gibt es beim Fahrradhaus Pötschke.
The Seenland route is about 189 km long, follows the water in four stages and starts and ends at Senftenberg harbour. It is mostly paved with only a few inclines. A popular stop is the lighthouse with its restaurant in Geierswalde. Also nearby: the ENERGIE route, the Lower Lusatian mining tour and the Fürst-Pückler cycle path. You can rent bikes at Fahrradhaus Pötschke.
Trasa Seenland-Route je dlouhá asi 189 km, vede ve čtyřech etapách podél vody a začíná i končí v přístavu Senftenberg. Je převážně asfaltová a jen místy mírně stoupá. Oblíbeným cílem je maják s restaurací v Geierswalde. Dále jsou poblíž trasy ENERGIE-Route, Niederlausitzer Bergbautour a Fürst-Pückler-Radweg. Kola si můžete půjčit v Fahrradhaus Pötschke.

Schloss und Festung Senftenberg, einst eine sächsische Festung in Brandenburg, sind von einem Erdwall umgeben. Dazu kommen Tierpark, Schlosspark, Theater, Schwimmhalle und Ski- und Snowboardhalle. Die Aussichtspunkte Rostiger Nagel und Schiefer Turm sowie die IBA-Terrassen in Großräschen zeigen, wie aus dem Tagebau Seen wurden.
Senftenberg Castle and Fortress, once a Saxon fortress in Brandenburg, is surrounded by an earth rampart. There is also a zoo, a castle park, a theatre, a swimming hall and a ski and snowboard hall. The viewpoints Rostiger Nagel and Schiefer Turm and the IBA terraces in Großräschen show how open-cast mines became lakes.
Zámek a pevnost Senftenberg, kdysi saská pevnost v Braniborsku, obklopuje zemní val. K tomu patří zoo, zámecký park, divadlo, plavecká hala a hala pro lyžování a snowboarding. Vyhlídky Rostiger Nagel a Schiefer Turm i terasy IBA ve Großräschenu ukazují, jak se z povrchových dolů staly jezera.

Das Senftenberger Hafenfest feiert am Stadthafen meist am ersten Augustwochenende mit Musik, regionalem Markt und Feuerwerk. Das Festungsspektakel mit historischem Lagerleben und Markt findet meist im September statt. Die genauen Termine ändern sich jedes Jahr, bitte vorab beim Veranstalter prüfen.
The Hafenfest at the town harbour is usually held on the first weekend of August, with music, a regional market and fireworks. The Festungsspektakel, with historic camp life and a market, usually takes place in September. Exact dates change every year, so please check with the organiser beforehand.
Přístavní slavnost (Hafenfest) v městském přístavu se obvykle koná první srpnový víkend s hudbou, regionálním trhem a ohňostrojem. Historické slavnosti na pevnosti (Festungsspektakel) s ukázkami života ve vojenském táboře a trhem se obvykle konají v září. Přesné termíny se každý rok mění, ověřte si je prosím předem u pořadatele.
